All sessions are tailored to your body, stress level, and session goals. When you book a session, you are working directly with me. I personally provide every session, bringing over 20 years of experience and a deeply individualized approach to each client. This allows for a level of consistency, attention, and care that ensures your experience reflects the quality and depth you expect.

A focused, therapeutic approach to address chronic tension, muscular pain, and restricted movement. Ideal for active bodies, high workloads, and stress-related holding patterns.
A calming, full-body massage designed to promote relaxation, circulation, and overall stress relief.
A gentle, integrative session combining lymphatic drainage techniques with cranial work to support circulation, fluid balance, and nervous system regulation. This session is designed to reduce swelling, ease tension, and promote deep relaxation and internal reset.
A dynamic session combining assisted stretching, compression, and mobility work to improve flexibility, posture, and ease of movement.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To provide the highest level of care and maintain availability for all clients, I kindly ask for advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations or reschedules made with at least 24 hours’ notice will not incur a payment fee.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be charged 50% of the session rate.
Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be charged the full session rate.
This policy applies to both studio and mobile sessions, as time and travel are reserved specifically for you.
I understand that unexpected situations arise. If an emergency occurs, please reach out as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate with care and discretion.
